Lucy Whitlock

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.

My parents retired to Cape Coral in 1978. After several visits, I decided to make it my home.

I’ve always felt extremely fortunate to live in such a beautiful, sunny, waterfront community.

My family acclimated to the Southwest Florida lifestyle very easily. My husband and I raised our children in Cape Coral, and they participated in various after-school programs (particularly HS Band and Youth Soccer). As a result, we became very familiar with SW Florida and the benefits of living in this area.

In 1992, while employed as a Legal Assistant, I earned my Real Estate license at Edison College and began assisting clients with purchasing vacant land, buying and/or selling residential or investment property, and new construction.

In 1998, I made it a full time career. In 2003, I attained my Broker’s license in order to better serve my customers, and to have a higher level of education in the Real Estate market.

I strive to bring experience and enthusiasm into all my transactions – and to give my clients the knowledge they need in order to make confident, practical decisions.
